NUPAS Ltd abbreviated from (J.Nwokeji – Urban – Planning- Architecture – Studios) had existed as EWA/N (Enesey – Withers- Associates/Nwokeji) and licened in the state of Ohio, USA in September 1983 to provide architectural services. Presently in Nigeria as: NUPAS LTD and in USA as: J.Homes – N – Courts LLC.

NUPAS Ltd is a consortium of internationally acclaimed design professionals. A multi-disciplinary organization that’s responsive to the challenges of a dynamic and changing society. We are committed to improving man’s environment within the context of continuous social and technological changes.

The key to successful architecture, Urban Planning, engineering and environmental design is an understanding of the diverse sets of factors including building types, environmental policies, design technology, planning laws, layout designs, sociological relationship and aesthetical considerations on every design plan.

Our solutions to our clients’ goal emerge from a process that includes the client as a participant rather than as an observer. We endeavor to bring the experiences of professional practice gained over the past thirty years in a wide variety of building types to focus to meet the objectives of our clients responsively, effectively and with design excellence.

The firm’s practice is located in its principal office at NO. 43 Lord Lugard Street, Asokoro, Abuja, Nigeria, with branch office located at 2564 Park Drive, Sanford (Orland), Florida 32773, U S A. All activities in the offices are carried out by well trained staff members under the direction of fully selected consultants.
